This course provides the core analytical tools essential for high-level asset management decision-making. Students will learn to conduct lifecycle cost analysis and develop long-term financial plans. Through authentic assessments like writing a risk mitigation report for an operations manager, students will perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate threats to assets and service delivery, including climate resilience planning.
