WOT-620: Socio-Technical Ecosystem Design

This course focuses on the practical design of hybrid human-AI work environments. Students will architect integrated workflows and design human-in-the-loop exception handling systems. The course culminates in establishing socio-technical benchmarks to measure and calibrate the performance of the combined human-machine team.
